Group therapy is structured to be confidential and safe, a place for healing to take place.  Hundreds of men have participated in these groups and found they can be known and still reduce the shame that surrounds sexual addiction.  They have found the hurt that was causing them pain can lead to healing and recovery.  

The follow-up to the Freedom Group, the Restoration Group, pursues a proven path that requires a great deal of focus, study, time and, of course, courage. The results of this 30 week group can be extraordinary.  

The Restoration Group builds on the recovery strategies which were utilized in the Freedom Group.  This group deepens the work of recovery by focusing on the internal tasks of dealing with trauma, grief, fear and reducing shame.
